Rotator 480HD
with 24" Impacts steel shot blaster

This Rotator 480HD was originally built for a trade show and to demo. It has 144.4 hours of operating time on it which means we have ran it long enough to get the engine broke in and everything set/adjusted. The blast head is a German built Impacts unit that features a 24" wide blast pattern. It is a very aggressive blaster that is perfect for surface prep work and line removal. Impacts blasters are well regarded worldwide and wear parts are readily available. It is very simple to set up and operate meaning you spend more time blasting and less time on maintenance.
The tractor unit was built in our own facilities and features a 76 horse power Deutz turbocharged diesel engine. The body incorporates a large self contained dust collector with 10 reverse pulse cleaned filters. Vehicle drive is hydro static using planetary gearbox wheel drives with built-in automatic disk brakes. It has 12 forward speeds and 4 reverse.
Non marking tires are installed for indoor use.
Over sized air Donaldson air cleaner ensures long engine service life and locally available filter elements.
Rotator KP-40 tractor unit
We have one Rotator KP-40 tractor unit left for sale. This is a demo unit with very few hours on it. It was demoed with a floor grinder/polishing head but it can be fitted with a polisher/grinder, a line removal drum, debris blower, just to name a few.
