ROAD PRO C SERIES - WITH INTEGRATED DUST COLLECTOR

The culmination of 31 years of experience and refinement. The Road Pro 6170 C is a legend in the surface preperation industry. It features a John Deere 6 cylinder, 6.8 liter, 173 horse power, turbo charged diesel engine. Twelve forward, four reverse speeds via a heavy duty hydrostatic transmission and planetary wheel drives. Fully integrated dust collector for virtually dust free operation. Tooling can be set up on right or left side of machine. Simple one man operation. Can be fitted with flail bits, milling cutters, diamond blades, brushes, or a shot blasting head. The Road Pro 6170 C is capable of line removal, slot cutting for recessed markers, diamond sawing for inlay tape, plunge cuts for snow plowable markers, shot blasting for surface preparation and areas that ban line grinding, making it the most versatile surface preperation machine made...anywhere.

RP4080 C
Loaded with all the same features of the larger Road Pro 6170 C, but  in a smaller package.  The Road Pro 4080 C is equipped with a John Deere 4 cyclinder, 4.5 liter, 80 horse power naturally aspirated diesel engine.  It is shorter in length and narrower in width, yet still features a fully integrated dust collector.  Can perform most of the jobs of its larger sibling in a more manuverable size and smaller price tag.  Ideal for smaller contractors or as a second unit.

ROAD PRO STANDARD SERIES - WITHOUT DUST COLLECTOR

Want a Road Pro, but don't need the dust collector?  The standard Road Pro has all the features of the top-of -the line "C" series minus the rear mounted dust bin, compressor, fan, and pulse system.  Available with either an 80 horse power or 115 horse power John Deere diesel engine.  Because the standard Road Pro lacks the dust collector, overall length is greatly reduced, making it one of the most manuverable in the Dickson Industries grinder line.  Power and performance in a compact package.  In production since 1985.

WORX

If your job doesn't require a dust collector, or you need an even smaller unit than the RP4080 C, look no further than the WORX series of grinders.  Visit the dedicated WORX site www.roadproworx.com for more infomation.

OPTIONS
COMP-U-CUT 2100
The Comp-U-Cut 2100 is a must if your job calls for skip line removal.  Simply enter the length of the skip line to be removed, enter the cycle length and it's ready to go.  Variations in the skip line length can be compensated for easily on-the-fly with the ADVANCE/RETARD switch.  Stores 2 separate patterns for quick access.  Simple calibration. 
ARROW BOARD
For the safest operation, your Road Pro needs an arrow board mounted on the back.  At 30" x 60", this is largest arrow board that will fit on a Road Pro.  It features 25 very bright LED lamps that have integrated auto dimming.  Included is a small, user friendly control box that mounts in the operators station.   The control box has 12 different patterns and has built in diagnostics that detects failed lamps, low vehicle battery, and short circuit conditions.  Visible up to 1 mile.
